Client // Rabobank Region The Hague
Rabobank The Hague is a regional bank in which employees operate close to and together with customers. Customers are engaged with the performance of this cooperative bank. The bank claims and takes social responsibility. Besides coworking, being hospitable en being connected is important to the bank, regardless of working location and whether colleagues work and meet face-to-face or work online with customers. There is always a sense and awareness of ‘nearby’.
Challenge // The main challenge in this assignment is connecting the different spaces in the head office in The Hague as well as the different working locations in this region and through this, connecting teams and people. The head office at De Bezuidenhoutseweg in the city centre of the Hague will remain the heart of the community and provides a homebase for the bank, its customers and (future) employees.
Result // Together with management and representatives of various teams and Rabobank Netherlands we create a vision on new ways of working, matching the (wished for) culture of this bank, the work processes and the people. This vision is the basis for an office design in which openness, hospitality, transparency and connection are the keywords.
Together with the project team, management and ambassadors from all levels of the organization we create and facilitate a transiton named “Verbindend Werken” (Work & Connect), which will be fully supported by the office design. We coach the Rabobank gamechangers and provide them with innovative ideas and interventions during the transition process and created an internal branding campaign.
The new head office of Rabobank The Hague region will be opened in 2016.
